Web application
A new project for me to practice the use of the Django framework. The apps I want to develop are:
- To do lists: todo branch
- Bookmarks lists
- Money tracker: Pythonaire
- Goal tracker
- RSS reader
It is quite ambituous, and I don’t know how long it will take me because of my full time job and my Graduate Diploma studies.
Soft Potato
Soft Potato is an open source electrochemical simulator and toolkit. It consists on a Desktop application, a Python library and an online application. There is a preprint available in ChemrXiv. Please consider citing it if you use Soft Potato in an academic publication.
Hard Potato
Open source Python API to control commercially available potentiostats. It enables researchers to write Python scripts that can include experimentation, immediate data analysis using any third-party library and/or the control of other instruments. Visit the GitHub page for instructions on how to install it and use it. There is also an open access paper published in Analytical Chemistry, please consider citing our work. It is currently being maintained by the group of Prof. Joaquin Rodriguez-Lopez.
